Tice Harkins' research fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Otorhinolaryngology focused on upper airway biomechanics, sleep surgery, and hypoglossal nerve stimulation. His research has led to multiple publications and national presentations. Dr. Harkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine with Honors in Biomedical Engineering from Penn State University. He is passionate about combining engineering principles with surgical innovation to improve outcomes for patients.
