Michael Xie, MD

Dr. Michael Xie completed his medical school training at McMaster University and residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at McMaster University. He then completed a fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto. He has expertise in advanced mucosal and cutaneous head and neck cancers and reconstructive surgery. He is a member of the American Head and Neck Society, American Rhinologic Society, and Canadian Society of Otolaryngology. Dr. Xie's research interests include skull base malignancies, perioperative outcomes and optimization, and the evaluation of diagnostic tests in head and neck surgery.
